Iona Nave Griesmann is an emerging Baltimore-based illustrator and 2D concept artist focused on environment design and narrative illustration. The majority of their work explores subject matters of nature, surrealism, queerness, and fantasy storytelling.

Inspired by American artists from expressionist and surrealist eras, their technique studies upon dynamic brushwork and strong lighting to invoke moods of otherworldliness, nostalgia, and mysticism.
